We have custom designed our new collection utilising specialised hand-crafting and crimping techniques by our experienced lash artisans to bring you the most fluffiest lashes made with 100% human hair so the great thing is, they are also Vegan + Cruelty free.
We wanted to create a range of lashes that would 'mimic' the look of the traditional mink lash but with OUT the cruelty to animals and we are so happy to bring our new collection WHAT THE FLUFF to life using only natural human hair!
Made from 100% Natural Human Hair with our Super Flex cotton lash band - MODELROCK lashes are completely Hand-Made by our skilled Lash artisans team who have years and years of experience in the ART of creating beautiful faux eyelashes and thus gives the quality and consistency that MODELROCK are globally renowned for.

**Sizing charts are an indication of approximate length - as all of our lashes are 100% hand-made the length 'can' differ just slightly due to the hand-made nature of the product - Also our new WHAT THE FLUFF lashes are designed to have a 'Messy' - 'Fluffy' look to them as this gives them that beautiful, wispy and feather look to the eyes - as they are fully hand-made some styles may not look 100% the same due to the hand-made nature and the fluffiness of the hairs**

We ship Australia wide for a flat fee of:
- $10.50 for Standard post
- $15 for Express post
- $20 Rush order- we will bump your order to the top and process ASAP and send Express Post. Please note if you order after 3:00pm on a weekday your order won’t be processed until the next business day.
We ship via Australia Post as a standard. Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and bad weather.
Generally items are processed & sent out within one business day (2 days in peak periods) Depending on location postage takes anywhere from 2-7 business days. Orders placed before 3pm WST are normally sent the same day.
If you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately, as once parcels are dispatched they are out of our control. Return to sender incurs a $20 Fee.

Refunds
We do not offer a refund on change of mind. Please see below for further details on returning faulty goods.
Returns
Please note - Australia Post charges Luxe Look Cosmetics whenever an item is sent back to us , which will incur a $20 fee if the below scenario occurs.
If you want the item resent, Luxe Look Cosmetics would need to bill you for the returned postage charges, or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded, if you choose to not have the item resent out to you.
Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for the following reasons listed below :
- You supplied the incorrect/incomplete address on your order
- You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by their due date
(after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).
Where the product is faulty, postage charges are reimbursed by Luxe Look Cosmetics once
Product(s) are inspected and deemed faulty.
Luxe Look Cosmetics does not accept returns on any unsealed or used items as they cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse.
If you have an online order item that has not been touched / opened from its
original sealed packaging and you wish to return it, please email us with information,
and photos of the products within 30 days to hello@luxelook.com.au
