Step 1: I'm So Jelly Makeup Remover – This jelly-textured remover effortlessly melts away makeup, dirt, and impurities with nourishing sunflower seed oil, while mushroom extract refines the look of pores. Formulated with clarifying willow bark extract and royal jelly, it leaves your skin clean, refreshed, and perfectly hydrated.
Step 2: In Love With Me Foaming Face Wash – A gentle, bubbly cleanser that deeply cleanses without stripping your moisture barrier. It uses skin-loving amino acid cleansers to lift away daily build-up, combined with hydration powerhouse snow mushroom extract and soothing arginine to leave your face feeling balanced, plump, and refreshed.
Step 3: Plump Me Pretty Moisturiser – Infused with a luxurious blend of shea butter and squalane, this moisturiser deeply conditions and softens the skin. A rich dose of a coconut oil derivative and trehalose locks in essential moisture, while a probiotic ferment strengthens the barrier for a bouncy, radiant, and perfectly prepped complexion.
We ship Australia wide for a flat fee of:
- $6.95 for Standard post
- $15 for Express post
- $20 Rush order- we will bump your order to the top and process ASAP and send Express Post. Please note if you order after 3:00pm on a weekday your order won’t be processed until the next business day. (This option is only available at checkout if we are able to fulfill that day)
We ship via Australia Post as a standard. Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and bad weather.
Proessing times- Generally items are processed & sent out within 3 Business days (Business days are monday to friday, so don't count weekends) Depending on location postage takes anywhere from 2-7 business days.

If you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately, as once parcels are dispatched they are out of our control. Return to sender incurs a $20 Fee.

Refunds
We do not offer a refund on change of mind. Please see below for further details on returning faulty goods.
If you do have a change of mind and your order hasn’t been sent we can offer a refund with a 10% restocking fee.
Returns
Please note - Australia Post charges Luxe Look Cosmetics whenever an item is sent back to us , which will incur a $20 fee if the below scenario occurs.
If you want the item resent, Luxe Look Cosmetics would need to bill you for the returned postage charges, or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded, if you choose to not have the item resent out to you.
Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for the following reasons listed below :
- You supplied the incorrect/incomplete address on your order
- You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by their due date
(after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).
Where the product is faulty, postage charges are reimbursed by Luxe Look Cosmetics once
Product(s) are inspected and deemed faulty.
Luxe Look Cosmetics does not accept returns on any unsealed or used items as they cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse.
If you have an online order item that has not been touched / opened from its
original sealed packaging and you wish to return it, please email us with information,
and photos of the products within 30 days to hello@luxelook.com.au
